ISO organizes processes, improves the efficiency of processes, and helps Falcon to continually improve. Our Top Management ensures that quality objectives which are appropriate to the context of us on the basis of this quality policy are established and achieved. This policy shall be periodically reviewed and revised if needed, to meet the changing needs of the customer.

Falcon Flanges strictly implements rigorous quality control and product tests to ensure continual quality Flanges. As one of the leading industry in India’s forged flanges field, Falcon always abide by the “Quality First” principle. QUALITY’ is our top priority in every decision making.

We have set up a complete quality control system to make sure the perfect operation of every workflow during production of flanges. Every detail of the products and production process strictly conforms to the ISO 9001:2008.

Before making a work plan and carrying it out, we identify the requirements of customers firstly. Assess and measures will be made to ensure the max use rate of capital and materials. Statistics of them will be gathered for better monitor so that you won’t have to worry about the size and spend. What’s more, if there’s any possible of improvement, we will try our best to make it.

We accept any Third Party of Inspection appointed by our customers, such as Lloyd’s Register, TUV, DNV GL, BV, SGS, RINA, VELOSI, INTERTEK, MOODY, etc. All goods will be inspected before package and dispatching. Send your requirements right now！
